You may also make an immediate booking using our secure server. You will be asked to pay 25% deposit with the balance becoming due 2 calendar months before arrival. There is also a Damage Deposit of £400 to be paid, but this is fully refundable after you depart assuming you leave the house in good order and there have been no disturbances with neighbours. Please allow up to 10 days after departure for your refund to appear in your account.
